Adhesives
HMPUR 8600, 8463, 8493, 8927, 8940, 8937. Liquid 8730 and 8932. We supply custom grades. Toll 10 lb to 10,000 lb. Sandwich panels are hot-melt PUR only — no liquid in the laminate.
Panels
Every panel is laminated with PurComposite hot-melt PUR — no wet resin. EconoLam, PurComp, PurCell, PurDeck, PurGrip, PurSkid, PurSpan, EconoDeck. Cut to size. No minimum.

Polyurethane reactive (PUR) hot melt is applied molten, like a conventional hot melt, then moisture-cures into a cross-linked thermoset. That is why it holds heat, cold, and hard-to-bond skins better than EVA. PurComposite supplies HMPUR and liquid PU; we also laminate panels with the same chemistry.
