  • Sample request form: company, name, email, phone (optional), what to sample, grade or construction, ship-to city or address, and notes.
  • Phone and email: what you tell us when you call or email us.
  • Chat: the chat window asks for your name or email before you start, and we receive what you type.
  • Ad measurement: a Google Ads tag on our pages records visits to our request-confirmation pages and clicks on our phone number.

How we use it

We use it to answer quote, sample, and chat requests, to supply products, and to keep business records. We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to requests and phone-number clicks.

Who handles it

We share information only with service providers who help run this site and fulfill requests, or where the law requires:

  • Formspree is the form service that receives quote and sample form submissions and emails them to us. It may also hold a copy.
  • LiveChat provides the chat window and handles the name or email you enter and your chat messages.
  • Google provides the Google Ads tag and receives its measurement data.
